Washington, DC- Congressmen Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) and Congresswoman Katie Porter (D-CA) have reintroduced two bills aimed at reducing carbon emissions in the transportation industry. The Hydrogen for Trucks Act and the Hydrogen for Ports Act seek to incentivize the use of hydrogen as a cleaner fuel source in heavy-duty transportation.The Hydrogen for Trucks Act aims to encourage heavy-duty vehicle owner-operators to purchase hydrogen trucks and fueling infrastructure.
