Tarpon Springs home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Tarpon Springs rose by $32,650 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $237,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in January 2018.
