Tarpon Springs home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Tarpon Springs rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 29.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Tarpon Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,270, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
