Tarpon Springs home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Tarpon Springs rose by $30,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 63 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in February 2018, as well.
