Tarpon Springs home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Tarpon Springs fell by $6,100 while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,850 - a 2.5% decrease over the $240,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in October 2017.
