Tarpon Springs home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Tarpon Springs fell by $5,750 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $235,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Tarpon Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,270, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
