Tarpon Springs home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Tarpon Springs fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 20.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 7.5% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in March 2018.
