Tarpon Springs home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Tarpon Springs rose by $9,450 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,950 - a 4.1% increase over the $231,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in October 2016.
