Tarpon Springs home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Tarpon Springs rose by $22,850 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,600 - a 10.5% increase over the $217,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Tarpon Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,270, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
