Tarpon Springs home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Tarpon Springs rose by $45,500 while total sales increased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 24% increase over the $189,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Tarpon Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,270, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
