Port Richey home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Port Richey rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 77.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Port Richey in November 2017.
