San Antonio home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in San Antonio rose by $4,100 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $175,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in San Antonio in October 2017.

The median sales tax in San Antonio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,431, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
