Spring Hill home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Spring Hill fell by $4,400 while total sales increased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 3.3% decrease over the $131,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Spring Hill in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Spring Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $896, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
