Holiday home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Holiday rose by $29,250 while total sales decreased by 8.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,250 - a 38.5% increase over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in Holiday in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $767, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
