Spring Hill home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Spring Hill fell by $100 while total sales increased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 0.1% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Spring Hill in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Spring Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $896, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
