Dade City home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Dade City rose by $29,150 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 21.5% increase over the $135,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Dade City in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,011, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
