San Antonio home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in San Antonio rose by $33,750 while total sales decreased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,500 - a 19.9% increase over the $169,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in San Antonio in July 2017.

The median sales tax in San Antonio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,431, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
