San Antonio home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in San Antonio fell by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 79.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in San Antonio in April 2017.

The median sales tax in San Antonio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,431, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
