Dade City home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Dade City fell by $6,300 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,200 - a 5.6% decrease over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Dade City in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,011, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
