New Port Richey home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in New Port Richey rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 340 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 324 homes sold in New Port Richey in October 2016.
