New Port Richey home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in New Port Richey rose by $33,200 while total sales decreased by 23.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 265 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,200 - a 29.6% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 347 homes sold in New Port Richey in September 2016.
