Port Richey home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Port Richey rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 30.8% increase over the $66,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 156 homes sold in Port Richey in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Port Richey for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $730, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
