Port Richey home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Port Richey rose by $17,200 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 184 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,250 - a 24.6% increase over the $70,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 164 homes sold in Port Richey in June 2016.
