Dade City home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Dade City rose by $39,750 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 47.7% increase over the $83,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Dade City in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,011, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
