Odessa home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Odessa fell by $80,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 26.6% decrease over the $303,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Odessa in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Odessa for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,356, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
