Port Richey home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Port Richey rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 210 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,500 - a 25.7% increase over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 177 homes sold in Port Richey in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Port Richey for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $730, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
