Port Richey home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Port Richey rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 20.6% increase over the $70,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Port Richey in April 2016.
