San Antonio home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in San Antonio rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 12.1% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in San Antonio in March 2016.

The median sales tax in San Antonio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,431, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
