Dade City home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Dade City fell by $7,200 while total sales increased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $87,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Dade City in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,011, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
