San Antonio home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in San Antonio fell by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 6.2% decrease over the $165,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in San Antonio in January 2016.

The median sales tax in San Antonio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,431, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
