Hudson home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Hudson rose by $18,700 while total sales decreased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 20.7% increase over the $90,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in Hudson in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Hudson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,128, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
