Land O Lakes home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Land O Lakes rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 80.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 370 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 205 homes sold in Land O Lakes in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Land O Lakes for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,503, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
