Hudson home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hudson rose by $100 while total sales remained unchanged with 443 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 443 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $144,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 443 homes sold in Hudson in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Hudson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,128, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
