Land O Lakes home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Land O Lakes rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 399 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $226,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 419 homes sold in Land O Lakes in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Land O Lakes for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,503, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
