Land O Lakes home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Land O Lakes rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 17%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 371 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 447 homes sold in Land O Lakes in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Land O Lakes for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,503, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
