New Port Richey home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in New Port Richey rose by $4,350 while total sales decreased by 47.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 506 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,250 - a 3.5% increase over the $122,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 963 homes sold in New Port Richey in the fourth quarter of 2016.
