Wesley Chapel home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Wesley Chapel rose by $18,600 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 388 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,500 - a 9.5% increase over the $194,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 415 homes sold in Wesley Chapel in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Wesley Chapel for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,742, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
