Land O Lakes home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Land O Lakes rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 447 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $196,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 477 homes sold in Land O Lakes in the second quarter of 2016.
