Dade City home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Dade City rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 470 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,250 - a 21.9% increase over the $100,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 602 homes sold in Dade City in 2016.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,011, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for 2017.
