Holiday home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Holiday rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 686.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,500 - a 24.7% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Holiday in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $767, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
