Dade City home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Dade City rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 320%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dade City in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,011, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
