Hudson home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Hudson rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 707.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 22.5% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Hudson in January 2018.
