Spring Hill home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Spring Hill rose by $142,800 while total sales increased by 183.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 383.9% increase over the $37,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Spring Hill in January 2018.
