Holiday home prices unchanged in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Holiday was unchanged while total sales decreased by 86.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000. There were 112 homes sold in Holiday in March 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $75,000.
