San Antonio home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in San Antonio fell by $61,700 while total sales decreased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,800 - a 38% decrease over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in San Antonio in March 2017.

The median sales tax in San Antonio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,431, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
