Dade City home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Dade City rose by $49,000 while total sales decreased by 89.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 61.3% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Dade City in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Dade City for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,011, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
