Spring Hill home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Spring Hill fell by $67,550 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,200 - a 64.5% decrease over the $104,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Spring Hill in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Spring Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $896, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
