The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in New Port Richey rose by $27,900 while total sales decreased by 88.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,900 - a 32.8% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 293 homes sold in New Port Richey in January 2017.
