Holiday home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Holiday rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 91%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Holiday in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $767, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
