Spring Hill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Spring Hill rose by $61,750 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 64.2% increase over the $96,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Spring Hill in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Spring Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $896, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
